After-Institute-Mingling

This week in YSA Institute we studied 1 Samuel 1-11. Hannah's trials to have a son and then her unselfish vow to share him with the Lord. A young Samuel who answers to the still, small voice of the Lord: "Here Am I, Lord." The Philistines' travails and curse when they steal the ark of the covenant. The pride cycle when finally the Israelites forget all their blessings from the Lord and reject Him to have a king...just like everybody else!

Lesson:
You can't be different
if you are the same
as everybody else!
