6 January is a old Christian feast day that celebrates the visitation of the Magi to Baby Jesus. Forty-one years ago, I was in London, England on 6 January. Some called this day 'Epiphany', others called it 'Twelfth Night' but my favorite label was 'Three Kings Day'. I particularly liked the rich, dense cake that was served. Whoever found the baked-in bean in the cake was "king" for the day. Today I was "queen" for the day as my companion accompanied me window shopping--something he does not enjoy--and then bought me lunch!
Thank you, Elder S!
